Customer Questions

Loan Finder Sg is not a licensed moneylender, nor does it operate as one. Our portal matches loan requests to subscribers – who are licensed moneylenders.

All information and detail provided to them via our platform will be reviewed, and offers made to you – allowing you to compare loan offers at a glance.

Your data privacy is protected on our platform. The only data that will be sent to our database of licensed moneylenders are your requested loan amount, gross salary, length of employment and credit exposure. Any offers made to you can be freely accepted or declined. Further information about you will only be released to the selected lender upon your authorisation, including your identity and the lenders’ identity.

All subscribers will be notified of declined offers – and all personal information removed from the system. No information will be used for anything apart from processing your request.

You may peruse our privacy policy or contact us for more details.
